Confident जवाब हमेशा सही नहीं

Verify the substance rather than the tone of an answer.

Name: ____________________ Class: ______ Date: __________

A fluent explanation may still contain mistakes. For school facts, compare the precise claim with the relevant textbook, calculation or experiment. Separate checked facts from unresolved parts. A second chatbot repeating a statement is not necessarily independent evidence. “I do not have enough evidence” is an acceptable conclusion.

A deliberately incorrect sample answer says: “All plants make their food in their roots.”
  1. Underline the universal claim and identify what needs checking.
  2. Consult your science textbook section on photosynthesis, or a teacher-provided extract.
  3. Write a correction that identifies the role of chlorophyll-containing parts without making another universal claim.
  4. Record the book title and chapter/page actually checked; do not invent a page number.
