UNIT 4 · LESSON 13 · 60-MINUTE SUGGESTED PLAN

Personal data साझा करने से पहले

Recognise sensitive information and minimise collection.

Understand

A classroom exercise should use fictional details or non-personal objects. Passwords, OTPs, identity document numbers and private documents should not be pasted into a chatbot. Removing a name may not remove all identifying information. Ask whether the data are necessary and whether you have permission to use them.

Original classroom scenario / sample claim
A fictional study prompt asks students to paste their full name, home address, school ID and account password to receive a practice question.

Try it and check it

  1. Identify information not needed to generate a practice question.
  2. Replace the prompt with a non-personal version using only class, subject and topic.
  3. Explain why deleting the name alone is insufficient.
  4. Write one check you would make before sharing another person’s work or image.
Without a device: Print this lesson, use paper cards or the supplied fictional text, and discuss the checks in pairs. A student can later enter their own notebook record for teacher review when a device is available.

Notebook: write your corrected or unresolved conclusion, the evidence you actually checked, and a reflection. Do not include passwords, identity documents or private information. Original BrainCheck companion content, BCAI-v1.
